QUESTIONS
Do I need insurance for my event?
No. However, we strongly suggest that you obtain
a Special Events Liability Policy for your event in the
case of any unexpected/unfortunate situations.
This policy can be obtained from your preferred
insurance provider. Additionally, if alcohol will be
served at your event, the policy will need to
include Alcohol Liability.
Do you provide linens?
No. All of our tables are standard sizes. For exact
measurements, please see “Package Information.”
What is required to reserve a date?
To book, we require a signed copy of our contract
and a $500.00 non-refundable deposit.
Do you require a security guard?
For All EVENTS, a licensed security guard is
required to be on-site.
Do you have Wi-fi?
No. We cannot receive Wi-fi services due
to our location.
Do you provide a vendor recommendations list?
No. We allow brides to select their own vendors
due to personal preference and budget.
Do I have to use Midway BBQ as my caterer?
No, we do not require that you use Midway BBQ
as your caterer. However, we do require that
outside caterers provide us with a copy of their
Business License and a Liability Insurance Policy.
Do I have to have a wedding planner?
No. However, we do ask that you appoint a
Day-Of Coordinator. This person will be
responsible for communicating the planned
timeline of events and any change to that
schedule to our team so that we can provide you
with the best service.
